A Letter From Our Founder

Dear Future Guest,

Some of my earliest memories smell like pine and woodsmoke. A cabin in northern Michigan. Cold mornings, warm blankets, and a family that — for one weekend — had nowhere else to be.

Years later, I realized those weekends were the point. Not the house, not the lake, not the itinerary. The togetherness. The slowness. The stories that started with “remember that time in the woods?”

The Woods Collection is our attempt to build that feeling on purpose — places where luxury means being cared for, where design listens to the landscape, and where every stay becomes a story worth telling.

We are beginning in Saugatuck, among mature pines a short walk from Lake Michigan. We hope you will be among the first to write your chapter there.
